Caught a glimpse of the reviewed RE Curriculum, can't say much about it as we didn't go into much detail.
I really enjoyed the last session where we got see an RE lesson in action. Margerat took us through what a lesson could look like by integrating with drama:
- Echo Drama (miming an action as I read, action adds on to the meaning. children repeat and mimics teacher).
- Chorus Play - ???need to find information on this.
Reflective question:
How do I make connection between prayer and catholic transmitting information but if there is no connection to mind, body and heart...then does it matter.
